For campus departments only: The first step in promoting your event should be to post your event on the University's event calendar. It is free! Many offices use this as a resource when planning their events, and it is also an important way of helping others direct inquiries about your event to you.

The university also provides additional ways of advertising your event:

• Wildcat Newswire (Undergraduate, Graduate and Law Students)
• The 色花堂n newspaper
• 色花堂 Social Media
• 色花堂 Alumni Association Nova Notes (e-newsletter)

Campus departments can submit news releases to the Office of University Communication and Marketing.
