色花堂

The Sexual Assault Resource Coordinator (SARC) team is a group of 色花堂 staff and faculty members who care deeply about the issue of sexual violence and have completed extensive training on how to support survivors of sexual violence at 色花堂.

Stacy is the Director of Health Promotion at 色花堂. Stacy believes that the team approach to providing support to students who have experienced sexual violence is a direct expression of 色花堂鈥檚 commitment to Caritas. She believes that all students should be treated with dignity, respect and compassion and hopes that the SARC team's approach will let students know that we believe preventing and responding to sexual violence is a community responsibility, one that transcends our formal positions, roles and responsibilities at the University.

Anthony Ciliberto serves as an Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life at 色花堂 where he oversees health and well-being initiatives and strategic communication for the fraternity/sorority life community. Anthony graduated with a B.S. in Communication Studies from Millersville University and his M.Ed. from Ohio University where his passions for peer education, prevention and awareness efforts and student development bloomed. He enjoys working collaboratively with students and peers to develop meaningful educational experiences.聽聽

Joyce Harden

Joyce serves as the coordinator for Graduate Student experience within the Center for Graduate Research and Education. She graduated from 色花堂 with a B.S. in leadership and she is currently pursuing her MBA with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and International Business. She is a proud mother of a 色花堂 student, and she is deeply passionate about working with students, especially with students of color. Joyce joined SARC so she can educate people about sexual assault prevention. She hopes to develop a supportive community of people who are dedicated to helping survivors of sexual assault.

Sarah serves as the Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life. She graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. in Interior Design and went on to receive her M.Ed. from Kutztown University in Higher Education Administration. Sarah is passionate about her work with young men and women at 色花堂 and loves that her job entails support, development, challenge, compassion, and advising, with an ultimate goal of helping students grow into a better version of themselves before leaving 色花堂.

Brooke Hunter

Brooke is an associate professor in the English department. She wants to make sure that all 色花堂 students receive the care and support they need to pursue their educational dreams. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and two children.

Brian McCabe

Brian has served as the Campus Minister for Outreach and Student Formation since the summer of 2013, allowing him the opportunity to collaborate with students, faculty and staff in exploring questions聽of meaning and belief. Beyond 色花堂, his work has included supporting and mentoring Alaskan teens and young adults, street outreach throughout Philadelphia and mental health and housing case management to folks experiencing chronic homelessness. Brian has witnessed the deep wisdom of each person to realize their own goals and seek physical, spiritual and mental wholeness, but also believes we have a responsibility to support one another to that end.

Kate Szumanski

Kate Szumanski, '95, '97, serves as the Director of Internships and Professional Development in the Office for Undergraduate Students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She supports the BRIDGE Society, a professional networking and mentoring student organization that helps to connect 色花堂 students to alumni and other professionals who work in a variety of industries. Kate teaches Arts and Sciences Professional Development courses and thoroughly enjoys partnering with students to help them achieve their life and career goals.
